Project summary:
The Complaints Resolution Unit and the Office of Marketing and Communication came together to work towards a student awareness campaign around the areas of etiquette on social media. The aim of the project was to understand what sort of online behaviour was considered appropriate for University students, and through using a creative approach, encouraged the audience to show discretion in what they posted online.
